Admission Procedure

A. Step-by-Step Admission Process

Online Registration

Create an account using Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID.

Application Form Filling

Log in to the portal and fill out the detailed form (Academic history, Personal details).

Upload Documents

Upload scanned, self-attested copies of required documents (JPEG/PDF format, size less than 2MB).

Fee Payment

Pay the application fee online through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.

Submission

Submit the form and receive a unique application number for tracking.

Entrance Results

Details regarding the publication of merit lists and communication of entrance examination results.

Provisional Letter

Download the provisional admission letter after document verification.

Final Enrollment

Finalize admission by paying the tuition fee and securing the seat.

B. Required Documents Check-List

  • Academic: 10th Class Marksheet/Certificate and 12th Class Marksheet/Certificate, UG Degree Certificate (for PG applicants).
  • Transfer/Leaving: School Leaving Certificate (SLC) or Transfer Certificate (TC).
  • Identification: Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID.
  • Specific Categories: Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, EWS Certificate, PwD Certificate (if applicable).
  • Other: Passport size photograph, Signature, Migration Certificate (if from another board/university).
  • International Applicants: A Valid Passport, Visa and Equivalence Certificate (Issued by AIU) are required.

C. Course-Specific Requirements

  • Undergraduate (UG): 12th Class Board Examination Marks (minimum percentage/aggregate as prescribed).
  • Postgraduate (PG): UG Degree Final Semester Marksheet and Provisional Certificate (if applicable).
  • Entrance Exam Scores: Valid scores in MAT/CAT/CUET/JEE/NEET, if applicable.

D. Fee Structure & Payment

  • A detailed table of tuition fees and other charges for all courses is provided.
  • Clearly state payment deadlines and methods (e.g., Online Transfer, Bank Challan).
  • Provide a link to a Scholarships and Financial Aid page.

E. Cancellation / Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policy, including applicable deadlines and the process for withdrawal of admission, is clearly stated.
